Jackson Gore Village, A Vail Resorts Property - Ludlow

Had an excellent stay for a short visit, everything was perfect. The hotel was set in a central area close enough to the nearest grocery store, the Jackson Gore Inn and said restaurant. It also was close to the center of town.

Location - amazing and lovely just next door to a cable car, and trucks. Variety of food available in the bar. Excellent, thoughtful people working here.

The kids' adventure zone kept my son entertained, and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. I've visited ludlow before, but this place was so great with its fun activities and cute vibe.

The girl at the front desk was super helpful, upgrading our room and providing a parking garage pass. Our quad room was spacious with a kitchen, fireplace, and a comfy queen bed. The breakfast was fantastic, and the lobby bar was a perfect hangout spot.

The Neapolitan pizza we munched on was a game-changer-perfectly chewy crust and topped to perfection! The cozy fire pit area was super inviting, perfect for a nightcap under the stars. Loved how spacious our room felt!

Of course, it wasn't all risottos and ravioli-the pool area needed a bit more TLC, and the noise from the hallways made it hard to catch some Z's. Still, the vibe was chill and the staff tried their best.

I had high hopes for Jackson Gore Village. The room felt outdated. I booked a "mountain view" but ended up on the non-slope side. The check-in process was frustrating. The staff didn't provide much guidance. I had to ask several times for directions, and the front desk acted dismissive. The outdoor hot tub needed cleaning, and the water level was too low, causing a mess. Dining options were limited and communication about restaurant hours was lacking. Jason, our waiter at breakfast, was fantastic. The ski concierge service was a nice touch, and the views from the hotel were beautiful.

The heated outdoor pool was a lifesaver after long ski days, and the condo was super spacious and cozy. Loved the hot tub too. perfect for relaxing!
